What Does the Community Have to Say
A local Gentlemen's Club small business came to Salt Lake City, and the local community couldn't be more happy to have them. Dozens of people were interviewed about having a local Strip Club in the community and the consensus is in, they love it. The Exotic Kitty Gentlemen’s Club has been in business nearly 18 months and the positive impact on the community has been overwhelmingly productive and positive.
The owner has expending hundreds of thousands of dollars in the building and the tenant improvements. It is an amazing club and you can see all the little details that the ownership put into the layout. The clients always comment on how nice the club is and how welcomed they feel visiting the club.
"It's just an amazing Gentlemen's Club for the community, it's just good, it's going to cause opportunities for local dancers to make money to support their families or even pay for college...there are churches everywhere, restaurants, local bars, local businesses and it is great for the community.” said Jane Benson who is a frequent visitor to Salt Lake City.
"I think it's an amazing location personally...I can see why the neighborhood would like it, I’m 100% for it,” said Russell Lambert. "The dancers are really amazing, its like they found the sexiest girls in the State and they all work at one Strip Club."
The local bar across the street loves the extra foot traffic to their location. There has also been an increase in patrons to local restaurants. Exotic Kitty provides great food but patrons get lost into the dancers and forget to eat. They tend to eat first and then go to the Strip Club for a couple of hours. The owner choose the location based on the public's interest, and he really has done an amazing job of stocking the Gentlemen's Club with talent.
"I love it, I couldn't think of a better business to add to Salt Lake City...there's other places to build things like that, way out, you know away from people, away from schools, away from daycares...but that is old school thinking. Our society is open to truth that Strip Clubs add to the community” added Ferguson.
