Strip Clubs are good for Real Estate
Salt Lake City, Utah - The new growth of condos are exploding the local strip club business. In a city with very few options for strip clubs, the growth of condos, retail stores and restaurants have proven to increase night life. Local developers have been quoted "we wanted to bring our condos around where there is a very rich night life. It was important that we develop land around Exotic Kitty, the locals favorite." Land prices have been driven up over the years and patrons are looking more at quality of life than just price.
It was not that long ago that strip clubs were old, beat down dinosaurs here in Salt Lake City. Then in October 2016 the Exotic Kitty opened its doors and business exploded. We don't see a coincidence with the growth of the real estate market and the growth at Exotic Kitty. Exotic Kitty has created a destination location in Salt Lake City and people come from all over Northern Utah. Its a very similar story for travelers. When the owner of Exotic Kitty visits with clients he found that many of them were from out of town.
Conventional wisdom would think that the demand for exotic dancers would be going down with the rise of live pornography and chats on the internet. it is quite the opposite, clients want person to person interaction. The internet is just a boring void of fake experiences. Going to a strip club and interacting with the dancers is real and clients feel like they had an experience.
A predominant city counselor and a regular at Exotic Kitty is glad to see the rise of local strip clubs. he doesn't want to see our local people take their business to Vegas or Wendover. He wants to see the economic development of Utah and specifically Salt Lake City. He likes to see viable business grow and get their product out to the general population. Landowners around the club have seen an up tick in demand and that is good for everyone.
The explosion of the strip club era can been seen all over the area where Exotic Kitty opened. It has been dubbed the number one Vegas style strip club in Salt Lake City but all the patrons. There are nearly 20 development applications in with the city pending approval. The traditional visitors remain: traveling businessmen, groups of men after an event such as the Utah Jazz, Boys Night Out groups and many locals just coming to the local entertainment club.
Adult oriented clubs have been planned around luxury condos, churches, mosques, charities and retail sites. They are part of the community and owners say that they are being embraced by everyone. Society has evolved to embracing the local strip club.
