“Jamie” told Exotic Kitty News she’s a double major at the local University, graduating debt-free due, in part, to her part-time gig as a stripper at Exotic Kitty in Salt Lake City, Utah. The college student, who works four nights a week, says she can bring home about $180,000 per year.

Exact statistics about dancer's salaries can be hard to find.  A 2010 U.K. study found dancers earning about $85,020 per year. Dancers frequently claim in larger cities they could earn $1,000 or more in a day. A stripper in a small town whispered her take-home was $550 per day. Based on a 5 day work week that is roughly $143,000 annually.

Exotic Kitty spokesman Mark states that dancers can indeed earn $180,000 in a year, and then some.

“We have people making that and then some,” he said. “Our clients are very generous with the talent. They are well to do and have a lot of money to shower around.”

Dancer's success come from being very smart and gorgeous. “And there are customers that like to chat to them.” he said. "It's very possible because these days, in this general economy, it falls in line.”

John says that a more expected annual pay range for a full-time stripper would be “somewhere between $50,000, all the way to $150,000 it just depends on how much effort is put into her dance and interaction with the customers.”
