This fitness level sometimes means girls spend a lot of time in the gym or local fitness facility. Dancers also do a lot of yoga and sometimes even pole dancing classes.

5. Expect to spend a lot of money on clothes, shoes, makeup, etc. for looking their best. It is very important for a successful dancer to always look at the top of her game. This requires a lot of prep and an understanding of what men want. Most dancers have multiple outfits that they are both comfortable in and that attract their clients.
